CROSSFIT is high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements.
All CrossFit "boxes" are not the same and all workouts will never be the same. We design each WOD depending on the their ciriculum and specific skills. Our WODs can vary through intensity and movement whether our members are highly skilled athletes or beginners.
